Return & Exchange Policy
Within 14 days of purchases, every regular-priced jewelry item is eligible for a one-time exchange to another one item at the same value. Other products such as tailor made item, discounted item and gift item are not eligible for exchange.
For exchange to an item at higher value, customer is required to pay for the difference in value; For exchange to an item at lower value, the difference in value will not be returned to customer. Item(s) must be in the same condition with original packaging, unwashed, unworn, as when it first arrived.
The shipping fees and the related costs of the returned products shall be covered by the customers, including but not limited to sending the goods to ROSIE in FOREST and returning the goods to customer’s location.
Return requests that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at customer’s own cost. Goods & gift cards sold are not refundable.
*Please Note
Items that are not eligible for return and exchange include the following situations:
1. Items purchased with a Gift Card or Voucher.
2. Individual items from our jewelry stacks collection. Products in stacks must be returned/exchanged as a set.
3. For hygiene reasons, earring products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
4. Clearance items that have been clearly labeled as not eligible for returns/exchange.
