We also offer a flat delivery fee for orders below the free shipping threshold:

We do not deliver to Post Office Box (P.O. Box) addresses.

If a shipment is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties or failure to complete customs clearance procedures, ROSIE in FOREST reserves the right to deduct the actual shipping costs and any administrative fees incurred from the refund amount.
