ORDERS

The price shown on this site are in HKD by default setting.

After you submitted an order on our site and once the order is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by you.

ROSIE in FOREST will endeavor to fulfill the purchased orders in this site but shall not be liable to any person if ROSIE in FOREST declines to or is unable to fulfill an order for whatever reasons. Under such circumstances, your order will be cancelled and the payments will be refunded.

COUPON OR PROMOTION CODES

ROSIE in FOREST coupon or promotion codes are subject to expire without notice. ROSIE in FOREST will not accept expired coupon or promotion codes.

FREE GIFTS

Free gifts are limited in quantity and subject to availability. ROSIE in FOREST reserves the right to substitute another gift of comparable value, without notice, when the selected free gift is not available. In case of any disputes, the decision of ROSIE in FOREST shall be final.

PAYMENTS

All the payments for online purchases on this site must be settled by using Shopify Payment or PayPal. ROSIE in FOREST owns the rights to change the payment method and such changes will be announced on this website.

When ordering on this website, you will need to enter your payment details on the appropriate form including your credit card information. You hereby confirm that you own the credit card legitimately and all the details you provided for the payment are correct.

ROSIE in FOREST holds no responsibility and will not pay for any additional charges arise through credit card payment.

SHIPPING POLICY

After your purchased item(s) is/are shipped, you will receive a shipment notification with delivery details including shipment tracking number by the e-mail provided when you placed your order. The email you submitted must be valid in order to receive the notifications.

If the delivery address provided is invalid, incomplete, or out of the delivery service area, ROSIE in FOREST reserves the right of order cancellation.

ROSIE in FOREST is not liable for any late delivery or any forms of damages arise during delivery caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All product prices displayed on arte-madrid.com do not include customs duties and other taxes. Goods that arrive at the country of shipment may be subject to customs duties, surcharges or import restrictions, which are borne by the recipient. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Within 14 days of purchases, every regular-priced jewelry item is eligible for a one-time exchange to another one item at the same value. Other products such as accessory, tailor made item, discounted item and gift item are not eligible for exchange.

For exchange to an item at higher value, customer is required to pay for the difference in value; For exchange to an item at lower value, the difference in value will not be returned to customer.

Item(s) must be in the same condition with original packaging, unwashed, unworn, as when it first arrived.

The shipping fees and the related costs of the returned products shall be covered by the customers, including but not limited to sending the goods to ROSIE in FOREST and returning the goods to customer’s location.

Return requests that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at customer’s own cost.

Goods sold are not refundable.

ROSIE in FOREST reserves the final right of decision.
